Grid Set for Season-Opening GRAAFix eSports 250; Bartelt Wins Pole

Kevin Bartelt hit the jackpot Sunday evening, claiming the Mahan Speed Laboratories You Won a Draw Pole Award at Daytona. Fans of Octane93 on Twitch will see the driver of the #26 Ford take the green flag ahead of 47 other scheduled competitors when the GRAAFix eSports 250 gets underway Tuesday evening.

Rounding out the top 5 were Mike Rasimas, Michael Strohl, Tyler Graaf, and Scott Eckrich. Father-son duo Fred and Rick Thompson will start 6th and 7th, followed by Isaiah Dupre, Drew Carroll, and John Wilcko.

The grid was determined by random draw, with a seed value of 43 — the combined Super Bowl score — being used to set the lineup. The top 41 positions were awarded to chartered members, with 7 additional positions granted to open cars.

Practice for the GRAAFix eSports 250 starts at 8pm Eastern on Tuesday, February 15th, with the green flag dropping at 9pm. Catch all the action on the Virtual Grip Network beginning at 8:50pm ET. Trevor Greenfield will be directing, with Austin Boelke and J.R. Shepherd in the booth, and John Heyn covering pit road.
