Not even three minutes of damage could hold Scott Eckrich back. Sporting a Boris Said-inspired throwback, the driver of the #70 WinterNode Chevrolet passed the dominant car of Colton Salek with 2 laps to go, pulling away as chaos ensued behind him.

Vincent Crow threaded the needle through a pileup on the backstretch to finish 2nd, while Salek settled for 3rd. Jeff Ward and Mike Rasimas rounded out the top 5.

Michael Chrobok, who was in position to defend his race win from Kansas, led 28 laps but spun his tires on a late-race restart, falling from 4th to a disappointing 12th.

On May 30th, PGRL visits Charlotte Motor Speedway for its longest race of the year, the MARSS Properties Vacation Rentals 300. Tune in to the Virtual Grip Network LIVE at 8:50pm Tuesday to catch all the pretty good action from the heart of NASCAR country.
