Points leader, recovering mid-pack hack, and self-proclaimed cat person Vincent Crow continued his string of pretty good performances Tuesday night, capturing his second checkered flag in the MARSS Properties Vacation Rentals 200.
With a new tire package dropping just hours before the race, the field of 41 competitors faced a tough challenge of adapting to new conditions. Crow rolled off from the 31st position and quickly made his way to the top 15 by the first caution. From there, he continued his march to the front, taking the lead on lap 36, winning the stage, and scoring a dominating win. With the victory, Crow extended his points lead to 36 over Jake Silvia. Scott Eckrich and Cosmin Ioanesiu finished on the podium, with Colton Salek and Mike Rasimas rounding out the top 5. Jason Galvin earned the Hard Charger Award, advancing 32 positions from his grid spot.
In one week’s time, PGRL heads to Phoenix Raceway for the MARSS Properties Vacation Rentals 250k. Tune in to the Virtual Grip Network LIVE at 8:50pm Tuesday to catch all the pretty good action!
